John Paul Village

John Paul Village is a Catholic Retirement Village that incorporates a residential aged care facility. It was opened in 1985 and remains an active part of the Catholic Parish of St John Bosco Engadine, under the inspiration of the Salesians of Don Bosco. John Paul Village provides caring services to the residents and to older or disabled people as an expression of Christian love and concern for people, irrespective of race, creed or colour.

The Village has expanded progressively over the years and now consists of:

  • 166  Self Care Units
  • 87  Low Care places (Hostel)
  • 76  High Care places (Nursing Home)
  • 35  Community Aged Care Packages

The Village is an initiative of the Catholic Parish of St John Bosco Engadine, whose parishioners have supported the venture since 1984.
